20 Years of Competitive Discipline

The 20th edition of Battle of the Chefs will take place from 21 to 24 October 2026 at SPICE Arena, Penang. As a two-decade milestone, the 2026 edition represents the accumulated evolution of judging standards, competitive structure, and professional culinary benchmarking in the region.

Structured International Competition Platform

With up to 2,000 competitors expected from multiple countries, the arena will operate as a formal competitive environment, featuring category-based participation, technical evaluation criteria, and live station execution aligned with professional culinary standards.

Each station functions as a performance assessment space.
Each plate is evaluated on execution, control, and clarity.
